Poundage

Hi

Just a quick question - something which i've often pondered over...!

When i go and weigh at class, you either lose a nice "pound" or "half a pound"... if you know what I mean... i've noticed some people say they've lost 1.2... or similar... is it pounds they are losing or kgs? lol

I'm not losing sleep over it - just curious.

thats a good question i would assume theyr'e working in lbs but i could be wrong

Some electronic scales are more accurate, so it will tell you you have lost 1.2 lbs where as on a normal scale it might only show a 1lb loss.

ALthough i do actually weigh in using kgs just to complicate matters

I always take it as lbs.

Apart from Vickihorror because she has to be awkward haha!

And I presume their weighing in at home aswell
