Need advice please!

I'm doing the 100% programme at the mo, but I forgot to bring my shake to work today & I won't be home until 9pm tonight. I'm afraid I had to ear something to I ate around 4oz of pre cooked chicken breast from M&s, no fat, skin or anything. I know it won't knock me out of ketosis (Atkins taught me that!) but do you think it'll put me back at all?? Any advice
Most welcome, I'm panicking now & wondering whether I should have just starved myself....
 
You will be fine, don't worry i've needed to do that a couple of times with no problems
