Hiya..Does anyone know how you work out the carbs in xanthan gum?
I'd thought it was carb free....but then found this :

Any ideas people?
Do we take the fibre off the carbs or is it really that carby per 100g?

+ thats an american label, so you minus the fibre from the carbs + so there are 0g net carbs. hope this is of use
