do you use sweeteners?

in your teas, coffees n shakes?

if so, how many n what brand(s)??

This is probably not a very useful answer but no i don't use sweeteners as personally i don't find the shakes need anymore in them, i think lots of people on here do though so it shouldn't be long before there are some better answers than mine x

As long as they are the tablet ones then you can use them...

I find sweetex reaaly horribly sweet!!!

I use the asda own brand ones.... i sometimes pop 1 in my shake while i'm mixing it.... and i throw 2 in my vanilla before using it as a whitener in coffee!!!
