Starting properly again today:

I have decided that I want to feel beautiful and not worry about wobbly bits anymore!!!

Not a big meat eater, so going to flit between Green and EE.

If people could advise me as I go along it would be muchly appreciated :)

Day 1: Green

HEA - Milk
HEB - 2 toffee weetabix oatysbars

B- 2 bananas, Apple

L- Wholegrain pasta, baked beans, red onion, chopped tomatos & butterbeans

D: Vanilla Muller Yogurt (still full up from lunch!!!)

Syns: 1 Smartie Cookie
 
Day 2: Green

HEA - 250 milk
HEB - 2 weetabix, 2 alpen light

B- 1banana, Muller Yogurt

L- Wholegrain pasta, baked beans, red onion, chopped tomatos & butterbeans (left over from yday)

D- Apple, Muller Yogurt

Syns: Fudge bar

Not really feeling hungry today, might try and snack a bit more on SF foods? Doing this from home, so only going by what is on here, and my mums slimming world food opt book from earlier this year!!

Going to do a home weigh in on a Tuesday night!!!
