I had a 200g can of Heinz BBQ Beanz with my my brunch and when i've gone to add it to my food diary, I couldn't see it on there, so I worked it out.....8.5 syn?!?!

If I re-worked it out with a Green free value of baked beans, then it worked out at 1 syn.

I know the Curry beans are 1 syn and to test the theory, I re-worked that one out not using the free food and that worked out 10.5 syns a 200g can!

So.....do I count the BBQ Beanz as 1 syn or 8.5 syns?

HELP! LOL

Thanks, but not really!

They're not the "Smokey BBQ" ones, nor are they a "Mini Meals" one.....

Going on the nutritional information here I just ran it through the calculator using Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce as Free food and I get:

1 Syn per package/portion

using a portion size of 200g tin

Exactly what I got when using baked beans in tomato sauce as free food. ;)

This is what's making me think then that these blasted BBQ Beanz are 1 syn aswell for a 200g based on the free food principle!

Umm OK, so is that not OK?

I checked the nutritional stuff for the BBQ one and I get 1 syn per 200g too. So that should be fine, no?
