I'm obese. I admit it. I need help!!!!!!

So I joined Sw last thurs weighing in at 13st 8lb. I want to be 10st just like when I was 21.....sigh. So it's going to be tough. I know what I have to do but I'm so weak willed. I've fine everything I can think of to stop me falling into my usual bad habits. I've even been to my GP and got som xenical to boost things. As well as my weekly weighing with Sw I have a monthly one with the dr too. I have organised the childcare to go swimming once a week and set up my bike on the turbo so I can exercise in the garage while Han asleep. Hubby kind of understands the diet (except the syns thing) and wants to lose a bit to so is onboard for now. Will see how long it lasts.

Ultimate aim is to get into a nice size 12-14 dress for a wedding next spring.

Go me!!
 
Done ok today so far

B- 2 weetabix skimmed milk + plum

Snack apple

Lunch - baked spud, salad (lettuce cucumber beetroot peppers) bean and 28g double glster cheese. 4 syns

D- mince beef, sweet pot wedges peas. Mushrooms and onion.
Muller light.


Also had job interview and have Immense chocolate craving.
Eek!!
 
I'm still on it! Lost 11lb now. So wanna loose 3lb for next weighing to get my stone award. Won slimmer of the week twice too. Eek. Maybe I can do this after all......
 
Thought I'd had a really good week and was gutted to see had gained half a pound. Trying to stay focussed to loose 3 this week. Just want to hit that stone award. Been 100% since.

On positive note made yummy egg fried rice tonight with chicken for my tea. Found a Chinese substitute. :)

Unfortunately dads birthday meal tomorrow so will be faced with cake dilemma. :(

Just have a tiny slice, enough to satisfy you're craving. You've the whole week to shift it. I sometimes find it'll be worse if you deprive yourself ad you resent the plan, it becomes a diet rather than a lifestyle choice then. Stick with it, plenty of water ad super free and I'll bet you see that 3lbs xxx
 
Not sure how I've been ding this weekend. Good at both lunches - soup and salad and tea tonight- mince and pot with lits of veges Had tea out last night and had samosas then soy beef sizzler with rice. So not the worst i could havr done no alcohol and No puddings. sins this weekend however have been 1 curly wurly, 5 cadburys shots, 3 biscuits.
Feel hungry tho. Can't check on scales til morning. I like to know where I am in the morning so can plan for week ahead.

Exercise planned Monday - bike ride, Tuesday swimming.
Fri ? A run.

Been out for lunch but had jacket pot and beans asked for the cheese on side and just sprinkled a tiny bit on top. No puffing despite the gorgeous looking cakes sat a few yards from me! Hoping to at least Sts this week. Xx
 
Yay! Very successful night

Lost 3.5 lb which is now total of 1st 4.5lb! Can't believe it. Havnt been this thin in ages!

Also got slimmer of the week! Well stocked with fruit now! :)

Other positives for today were
1. Discovering local cafe does Sw soup and quiche and is perfect for takin my daughter to for a cake while I can stay on track!
2. Made large batch of spag Bol tonight so frozen some for the nights I can't be bothered cooking.
3. Made the half syn roulade. It was yummy!!
4. Have done my meal plans for the week
