I'm a syn loaded naughty person who has fallen off the SW wagon . Havnt been to a meeting for 4 weeks and can feel the weight slipping back on , need help ! Just can't get my head right : (

Hi

Have been exactly the same and can feel the weight creeping back on so have decided to return to class next tuesday I have to accept that i cant do this on my own and need the support of the class. Having decided to go back to class has helped me get motivated again. Hope you get your mojo back soon.

You've come on here and fessed up. That's a great first step. You are not a lost cause. When the journey ahead seems hard, just take the next step. Read through here for inspiration and recipes. You will get over this blip. xx

Can you draw a line under it & start over? Ask yourself how well you want to do on SW, if it really means that much to you you'll put your mind to it & try hard :)

Thanks everyone , yes I do think it's my mojo that's got lost ! . I will get it back and will call my SW rep and go to class ASAP. I've got about 5 stone to lose and got one and a half stone off but the half is back : (.
It's amazing how the old habit sneak up on you x

As the other posters have mentioned you've come in here and said that things have to change and the best thing you can do is draw a line and start over. I had to do this as my first attempt as SW I wasn't doing it properly and actually gained weight so this time round I weighed a stone heavier than when I first started but with the right support I've almost got that off now - go for it!!!

Hi, I know how you feel I started this with 9 stone to lose at least and it seemed impossible. But I've changed my mind and now I just consider this my new way of eating for life. There is no thinking 'when I've lost x stone' it's the new life I deserve!

Feel the same . It's a way of life now although I do think about when I've lost all my weight . Just remind yourself of the reasons why to started . Once you see the numbers falling again I'm sure the motivation will come back
