newbie needing advice

hi everyone im new :) i have tried sw before but didnt seem to be in the 'zone' to lose weight , i am in much a better frame of mind this time round but have loads going on at home ( having loads of work done on the house) and dont get home from work till after 7 so can tget to a meeting , with having the house done we are trying to save every penny so cant really afford to join online so am doing this from the old books
can someone let me know if i am on the right track for extra easy

breakfast

28g fruit n fibre (b)
350ml skimmed milk(a)

lunch

pasta n sauce carbonara (with water) 1/2syn
apple

snack

mullerlight
grapes
seafood sticks x 6

dinner

lancashire hotpot , lamb , potato,oxo cube,thyme bayleaf carrott onions cooked in slow cooker

Looking good for extra easy but do try and make 1/3 of your meals superfree, sonadd fruit or veg or have a salad etc after
