hi all

i am doing the ww pro points and lost 5 stone on the old discover plan

i have been using all my 29 daily points and most of my 49 weekly points

i have found i feel so bloated and i have put on weight i am lost in what to do

my food diary is

porridge with soya milk gratted apple with cinemon 6pp

then 2xplums

ww meal with a ww yogurt which is 9pp

ww crisps 2pp
wwbar 2pp

then 0 point butternut squash and red pepper soup with 3 x ww bread 4pp and a tiny bit butter 1pp

what am i doing wrong i go to the gym 3-4 times a week burn at least 300-400 kal

i never use my activity points either
