Can you help me check please!

Wanting to get back onto the right track...
Breakfast - apple and banana (was on the go)
Lunch - sweet potato, bacon, turkey, pepper, tomato and 3bean pasta. Some cottage cheese, chocolate mousse light - 4syns and one ryvita with a tbsp of nutella 4syns.

Have i got that right upto now?xx
 
Are you doing EE? You don't have much superfree food with your lunch, only the pepper and tomato. And make sure you don't forget your HEs.
 
Yes EE... I'm getting my Hex's in with dinner. I didnt have too much veg in so had to make do with pepper and tomato. I was wondering can I use fruits on the superfree list for dessert and class it as my 1/3 superfree?x
 
Yes you can but it's better if you have it either before as a starter or with the main meal, otherwise you can end up just eating more for the sake of getting the superfree in.
