Its all part of the readjustment - Your body is initially confused, it takes time to get the message ' no more food' for a while. It protests, gurgles, hangs on to the water, feels bloated etc.
Be kind to it, its adjusting. Give it some more water - that actually helps. Once you start to wee out the pounds it gets the hang of it and stops protesting quite so much. It also gets used to the idea of no food and stops sending hunger signals - when this happens you are liberated. Apart from the appetite stimulation of the sight and smell of food - for which we are genetically programmed to respond - you can start to live without the need to graze.
Good luck
