A bear on a mission!
Well I thought I should put of a diary now I'm starting again :8855: In the last week I lost 1lb. I WI at home on a Monday.
If you see any mistakes or have any comments please do so as I don't go to class & trying EE, I'm normally a red girl. Also not 100% sure the syns are correct.
So today I've had:
B: 2 weetabix (HE1) Milk (part of HE2) & banana
S: 1 plum, 1 apple
L: Spag Bol: Quorn mince, onions, mushrooms, peppers, tin tomatoes & spaghetti
S: 1 mini caramel bite Asda (4.5 syns)
D: SW chips, baked beans & 3 Sainsbury's reduced fat pork sausages (6 syns)
S: More fruit not sure yet
Drinks: Coffee with milk from allowance & 2 pints NAS squash.
