Day 1 of 75, 25lbs to go!

Hi All,

Have just started today, have decided not to follow a traditional plan ie WW, SW, Atkins etc etc, I have lost this weight before an dknow that if I eat less and exercise more I will lose weight. I'm going to stick to between 1200 and 1500 cals a day, exercise 3-4 times a week and hopefully lose 2 lb a week - hoping for more in the first few weeks to get a good start!!
Start Weight is 11st 11 pounds. Ultimately I would like to get down to 9stone, but I'm aiming for 10 stone by the end of the year. Maybe I'm aiming too high?

Menu today:
Breakfast - Fruit - 100 cals
Lunch - Large salad (free in WW terms!) WW Beef hotpot, Extra light Salad Cream - 400 cals
Dinner - Stewing steak in a curry sauce and veg 600 cals

Have only drunk tea today, so must catch up on my water!
No exercise today, gonna dig out the exercise dvd tonight and do that first thing tomorrow
