SlinkySlimmer !!!
Life is a rollercoaster and so is the weightloss journey.

It has lots of ups and downs. This is me talking about my ups the successes in life and with weight loss. Its also a place for the down's and there will be them, life would be boring if there wasn't. Feel free to comment and help me through. If not I shall keep on prattling on to myself :p

hello and welcome :) plenty of ups and downs to come but its worth it! Good luck :) x

1st time doing a 12 hour shift then went to my mums weight loss surgery group I hadn't had tea by this point and caved by having a mcdonalds. Only bad thing I've had today just means I've used up treats for the next couple of days lol !!!

Work was a nightmare today. I work for britvic soft drinks and there was two lines running today. I've only been in the job less than a week and a half and as quality technician running upstairs from the lab down the production is definitely going to get me fit !

I've also realised that the juicy drench drinks I have been drinking are crammed with sugar which is not good for weightloss I do try and balance it out with water too but I can't imagine it is any good syns wise. So more water in future for me !!!

Also I am wondering if I need to address my mental issues with food and maybe look into cognitive behavioural therapy as talking to a woman at my mums weightloss support group last night she had it because she had bulimic tendencies where she wouldn't necessarily be sick but would binge and feel very guilty over what she had done. This is something I do often, for example last night with the mcdonalds. There was no need for me to have it, my mum had made me a sandwich before hand, then I didn't even enjoy it and felt guilty afterwards. So something to think about but I shall see how I cope first.

Linz thanks for the words of encouragement I think I am finally in a better place maybe not perfect to tackle this head on.

I haven't had CBT for food issues but do think it's a great thing, really helped me with anxiety ever such a lot

Think it's fairly common to just grab something to eat if we haven't planned to have something healthy - am sure you will get better at making sure you have something good to eat :)

All the best
