Really struggling

Day 7 lasted a full week and absolutley starving, tummys going mad im feeling dizzy and so cold. Yesterday was hard but today 10x harder. Why am I hungry? Im having my 3 shakes plus between 3-4l of water a day plus peppermint tea!!!!!

I think im going to either have 2 shakes a day and a sw meal or do slim fast again but with water and not milk to cut cals and no snacks and a sw meal. I've lost 9lbs this week, want to lose about another stone to be happy so will do it sensibly I think. Im well pissed off with myself as im still 100% as I write this and was toying with having another week but I just don't think I can! HELP!! :cry:
 
You can do this hun.... Its up to you though sweetie... If you do come off make sure you re-feed though or the 9 will be back on!!! Hope your figure it out chick!! x

I'm also on day 7 and I've lost about 11lb. I'm also finding it really tough. I'm hungry a lot of the time as well but I'm going to try and stick it out as I've got about 6-7 stone to lose.
I have contemplated doing the refeed then switching to the maintainence programme but I'm going to try another week and take it from there.
You need to do whatever is right for you :)
 
Still here! :D Just been and bought another weeks worth of shakes!

BUT............. I went out last night as I had in my head given up and starting Atkins today. I had prawn cocktail to start and then steak in peppercorn sauce, about 25 skinny fries and salad, no pud and a pint of iced water. the went to the pictures and had nothing at all. Thought I'd see the damage and only gained .5lb so straight back on today and you know something funny? I've just had my first shake now as Im not hungry at all today! I needed to eat, got it out my system and straight back on if it's the only way I can do it by eating one protein(ish) meal a week then thats the way I'll do it aslong as I keep loosing. If I have to sacrifice a 1lb for it, then that to me is worth it to keep on plan and keep sane!

I think you should carry on, you've made it through your first week and that's great :D
Your first week is always the worst. It gets easier the longer you're on it. If you really want to do it then you will but this diet is not for everyone, you seem determined so I think you'll be fine, I'm on my 13th week and still have off days but it's really worth it as i've lost 4 stone 6lbs so far. You don't have a lot to lose, so you'll be able to lose it in no time. Keep up the good work :) xx

If you don't mind me asking, How does off days work for you Hun ?
Do you have a meal or whole day off. Do you refeed before? Just a bit curious. Thanks hun

I haven't yet done a re-feed, I plan on doing one at Christmas for my Christmas dinner hehe :D
Sorry I meant when I have a bad day and I really want food, I just try to keep myself busy, I'll be eating a little at Christmas and although food is yummy, losing weight means more to me. I've thought about eating whilst on it but I don't want to let myself down and I know it's not worth it. A cheeky snack will probably bring your emery levels up but I bet when you step on the scales each week it makes you feel so much happier. Set yourself mini goals :)
Mine were:
Get through week 1
Get through week 2
Lose a stone
And so on, you can do it!! Just remember why you're doing this :D you'll be fine, things get a lot easier I promise it becomes normality not eating and a way of life. Just take each day as it comes xx

Thank you for all the advice I am taking each day as it comes and look forward to my weekly weigh in. I can't wait to fit into size 12 dress for Christmas. Thanks for all the support Hun:)

You're most welcome m'lovely :)!
It'll get much easier and whenever you're in doubt just do something to keep your mind off' of wanting to snack on something. Or you can come on here, there are so many supportive people on here.
You'll get into a size 12 in no time!
