Found a new light version of the longlife soya cream in sainsburys this weekend and its rather good.
Its 22 calories for 30g which is enough to make a decent sauce for one person for only one syn! I think its much nicer than sauces made with quark, yogurt etc. These always taste too sharp and bitter for me. This is also really handy because it can be kept in the cupboard until opened too. Thought i would share this new discovery.
