Hello all!

Can you eat hot chickens from the deli in asda and Tesco, I have asked the guys who work there and they said the plain chicken is made in nothing but oil?

Thanks xx

Hi there, i usually get the fresh deli chicken from waitrose - yummy:D. As long as they haven't put some strange sauce on it, should be perfect:)

I normally get the flavoured thighs and drumsticks too....they're all rotisserie cooked with spice rubbed into the skin....so shouldn't have too many carbs, if any at all.

:)

Hi, used to manage the orders for a chicken factory... Dont touch the stuff it's bathed in a solution so it doesn't dry out in the shop.... Ugh !

Sounds delightful! :yuk::9529:
I loved rotissery chicken - it has now been ruined.

Lalala - sorry i'm ignoring these comments;)

If your worried about rotissery chicken.....

Take one chicken.
Stuff cavity with halved lemons
& roast

If feeling really adventurous put some butter & herbs under the skin

The meat is really moist (from the lemon steam) & the butter bastes it throughout. The skin goes really crispy & the meat is sooo tender & flavour packed that you'll never want a rotissery chicken again!!
