Hi There
I have been browsing the site for a few weeks but only registered tonight. I am from Ireland. I joined SW 5 weeks ago, I have lost 6.4 lbs so far, my goal is 3 stone.
I think this site is graet. Hope to chat to some of you on here. A

Hey welcome to the forum. It's kinda overwhelming at first, plus that you don't get the see the fun stuff unless you start posting like a maniac is pooey - but stick to it, it's really helpful and useful.
