lamb shank in mint gravy syn value ?

hi i am new to this , i am doing slimming world and have done since jan and have lost 1 and a half stone and gone from a size 14 to a 10 .i would like to know what lamb shanks in mint gravy are free , i know that tescos are but i can never find them instore :sigh: so can anybody help me out , thanks in advance .

Asda extra special in garlic n rosemary r free, in chilled section. Bit pricey but worth it xx

Asda mint one is 1 syn... so think that's OK, although I do always make sure I remove the fat...
I always buy this as it's vacuum packed and normally has about 3 week sell by date which is handy

I know this sounds bizarre but do you have an iPhone? If so download the Tesco finder app, you type in what you want and it tells you which aisle it's down and also what shelf!

It's really good, had it for the past couple of years and use it all the time.

Thanks have downloaded the tesco app and just been shopping and bought 6 lamb shanks lol now I'm just cooking them x

Hello.

I'm really sorry to ask a daft question but how come lamb shanks are free? My boyf & I had the Asda Rosemary & Garlic ones at the weekend (yum!) after reading on here that I was allowed them and but I'm confused because the fat content seemed pretty high..? Plus they just seemed too nice to be free food...! : 0

According to the NV's here the fat content is 7.7% - that isn't high at all, especially for lamb. The meal is 80% low fat lamb and the carbs are so low there cant be much sugar in the sauce either.
