Hey guys,

My names Rachel and my loss with slimming world is 5stone. It was 6st10 but unfortunate turn with health last year meant I lost my way with my eating.

Am determined to get the ball rolling again and have been 100% this week for the 1st time in months.

Have only just found this site but its already been so helpful with recipe ideas etc. You guys are so supportive of each other it's awesome!

Wow well done I have lost alot of weight before 5st7lb didn't get to target but was content and started slacking. Before I knew it 3 st crept bk on but slimming world has been great the support online though different forums is fab and I know every single person on here can reach their target. Good luck for the rest of your journey xx

Frustrated the min as 2 weeks 100% on plan, 100%.motivation yet over 2 weeks have only lost 1/2lb....cant believe it as haven't beenthis goid in over.12 months....maybe even 2yrs.

Anyhoo....i have complete faith.in food optimising and tho 2 disappointing weigh.ins....my motivation hasn't waverd. Pretty proud of that to be honest!
 
I am a newbie to the website too. I am about to re-start the cambridge diet tomorrow. I started it a while back and in all honesty I failed :( I like food too much.Im going to need some real support if that is possible here.how is everyone doing? Oh im also called Rachel.xxx

hi hun perhaps ur not eating enough ! have u started a food diary would be a good idea if u haven't ,then someone could look at it to see if ur doing anything wrong (its really easy to slip up i was counting w/w sausages as 1/2 syn on green but then realised they were 3) also how many syns do u have each day some people think that by cutting them down they will lose more but this is not the case they are there for a reason, are you weighing and measuring ur healthy extras etc? drink lots of water and have loads of superfree veg. if ur doing all this just stick with it good luck xx

:) Truth is....yes to all of the above. Have emailed my consultant my food diary which she's checked and said the only thing she can come up with is not having a scan bran/ryvita. When having oats for breakfast....otherwise 100% on plan. I drink.3-4 litres a day and have been pushing myself to av between 10-15sybs per day too. Gonna try eat more superspeed.food this week but otherwise stay as I am....fingers crossed all my hard work should show come monday :) Thanks again x
