Asda Lunches

Dear All,

I have come into work with no lunch - BOO! I was going to nip to Asda a lunchtime to get a few provisions - anyone got any ideas of a low syn or syn free lunch? Ideally i want to save my HE's and the the thought of just a lowly green salad is not very appetising in this breezy weather - any/all suggestions gratefully received!

Wholemeal bread roll hea
With piece deli meat
Salad
Jar of pickles

Sorry just realised you wanted to save he. What about just cold meat and pickles.

Our ASDA has a little cafe which will do a jacket potato and beans to take away for a pound. Not sure if they're that cheap all the time or just towards the end of the day and they want to sell what they have left. They're usually gorgeous though.

thanks ladies - i ended up getting a tilda rice (2 syns) and loads of cherry toms chopped up - filling and still got my third SF. x
