Hi all,
I'm starting SW tomorrow as I decided to bite the bullet and actually DO something to lose some weight rather than just thinking about it and then another week goes by and then I feel even bigger and unhappier!
So have I got this right?
Freefood - I can eat as much of this as I like, with 1/3 of each of each meal preferably being superfree foods?
Healthy extras -I have one A healthy extra each day and 2 B healthy extras each day? and there are orange days, green days and red days?
I then get up to 15 syns a day?
Sorry for all the questions! I did SW over 10 years ago and I really don't want to do Weightwatchers again as I don't have the time with a baby and toddler to count every single thing I eat!
