Mushroom ideas

Just been tesco's and they were selling off Family packs of mushrooms for 25p got 2 as we normally go through soooo many in a week, but got home and remembered staying at my mums this weekend so wondering if anyone

a) has any ideas of mushroom recipes which freeze well
b) have any ideas of how long mushrooms last in a fridge.

Mushroom soup.

Fry sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, and garlic. Add chicken or vegtable stock to cover, simmer till it all looks done, and blend.

If you fancy cream of mushroom add some Quark or fat free yogurt (whichever you prefer) and serve.
