ON Lipotrim now but considering swapping to Slim & Save - advice please?

HI,
I'm on day 9 with Lipotrim and have lost 18 pounds and am delighted.
I have however noticed that S&S does lots more variety of meals - like the idea of spag bol - and also the bars look good which would be great for me when am travelling regularly for work - the LT flapjacks are horrendous!
I have ordered 4 of the premium shakes, spag bol, cottage pie, 3 soups and 3 bars just to see what I think of them.
The one thing I am concerned about is that I like LT's discipline with having a weekly weigh in at pharmacist and them monitoring BP, ketosis etc. S&S would mean I would not have that. Also LT refeed programme doesn't seem to be replicated by S&S so I wondered if that would be a problem.
I would welcome any advice on this please.
Thanks

I should imagine it won't be too different, you could go to a pharmacist to get all the monitoring you had before and i'm most likely going to be following the LT refeed scheme after S&S, shame they don't have their own one though!

I did LT several years ago and hated every shake (couldn't stomach any of the other offerings). This time round I'm finding it all quite easy on S&S as I actually like what's on offer. You're lucky that your pharmacy goes to the trouble of taking BP / checking for ketosis etc. My pharmacy didn't do that and didn't know what ketosis was. I only found out about that when I looked on the internet. It was a case of get weighed, hand over the money and leave. As far as the refeeding is concerned as I've got quite a bit to lose I'm more concerned about actually getting the weight off at present and believe me it's a whole lot easier if you actually enjoy the choices on offer. Alternatively you could pay for LT, supplement it with some of the bars and meals from S&S as you choose (you will still be in ketosis if you stick to it whether they're LT or S&S) and then flog any remaining LT shakes on Ebay where they seem to go pretty well.

There are loads of threads on most of the VLCD forums that help with refeeding and lots of support on this board while you're on the diet if you do decide to make the switch.
