weight loss stickers & countdown trackers

I know it is explained somewhere on the site but could somebody please please explain to a not very I.T literate how do i the sw award stickers and all the trackers thingies' on my page.Guess i sound i real numpty now!! i am a new newbie and need all the encouragement I can get. Thanks to anyone who can help
