Should I start again?

Ok, naughty bijoux... :eek: the past 3 days I've not stuck to the diet at all, it was so much easier to just grab a panini at work instead of cook a meal when I got in, and I carried this on as I went back to uni today and ended up having a sandwich and a bag of crisps in the canteen.

I've only put on 1lb but I know if I carry on it's just gonna keep going up! I've done the shopping today and bought loads of meat, cottage cheese and yoghurt and finally found some proper oatbran in Holland and Barrats (have been eating the Prewetts Oatbran and Oatgerm from there cos it's the only one I can find anywhere, it doesn't exist in normal supermarkets here! I ordered a Tesco shop online and they substituted it for oatmeal :rolleyes:) - should I just do a few PP days to get back on track, start attack again or carry on with my 1/1 rhythm? Tomorrow would be a PV day.

:eek::eek::eek:

Personally I would get straight back into pp/pv, starting with a pp day. I think the fact that you recognised that you went off track and want to get back on the diet is a good thing, and more importantly is that you learn from what went wrong this time - I think being organised in advance is absolutely critical for this diet, and having a back up plan for coming in from work/uni etc starving and having nothing to fall back on is a recipe for disaster.

Hope all goes better this time and well done for not giving up :)

I had two PP days and have lost 4lbs now so all is good :D
