I have to go to an exhibition tomor for work can anyone help as to what I can take for lunch!?

Why not make yourself a nice big tub of tuna pasta salad, lots of superfree...or an eggy pasta salad....or you could make a SW quiche if you have any cottage cheese/ quark in ya house x

If u do a search on lunches you'll find a ton of ideas. I also found it useful looking at peoples food diaries to get some ideas too.
