Tough Day!

Glad my day at work is over with! Brought all my food in next thing I know they are giving out free cookie and cake. This is one of my weaknesses but i didn't give in I refused to have some and now I'm feeling good about it.
Today dragged and now I am waiting for my gammon with low fat roast potatoes to be ready.
Think I can shift this last 2stone off this time

Thanks girls. Wow that is really good to say your surrounded by them every day I'd be so tempted! To be honest don't know why we love them so much there gone in a minute and they don't touch the sides! I think I don't want to be fat everytime I'm faced with that decision and it's working! x

Well done, its so hard when there are cakes etc around. I work from home and find it really hard sometimes with the biscuits etc around. Keep it up
