Right I need a diary to lose a couple of lbs

Breakfast nothing

Lunch 1 pepper, 1 tin of sweetcorn, half a tub of aldi humous (259cals), couple of grapes


Dinner, salad with salad cream, four small new potatoes, one quorn pretend tune cakes (I think about 180 cals),

Wispa chocolate :)o pmt) with 3 low fat cups of hot chocolate

Tea, 1 cheese and salad sandwich on brown bread with salad cream (at gym so no time for proper tea)

and one yoghurt 278 cal

i'd suggest eating a bigger breakfast every morning. Gets your metabolism going for the rest of the day :) Good luck xx

yes, i agree with Linz, try to always eat breakfast..it really does keep the metabolism in check and keeps hunger pangs that strike later in the day, at bay!

Awwwww thanks guys for your comments, I would eat breakfast only I can never manage one, I never feel hungry and I can't get myself to eat when I'm not hungry it just turns my stomach. If I am hungry I can normally manage a piece of toast with marmite, but this is usually on the weekend and imagine it's because I have a lie in and eat later :eek: hehe.

I'm not sure what I'm eating all day today, I go to a meet on the night and everybody takes some nibbles, so I would have to update with the extra food I eat.

Ok hehe, I went off the rails a bit over the latter end of the week :eek: going to get on track now, 100%. I have decided I want to loss 7lb by 29/11/11, I thought a goal would keep me focused.

I'm restarting today, so day is my official day one.

Day one

Weight 9 stone 10

I have half a cucumber, one pepper and half a pot of humous.

I have a cheese and salad sandwich on brown for my tea which I will eat while at work as I'm at the gym straight after.

Some naughty person has left some chocolate in my drawer at work, I've hidden it under some papers so I am going to avoid eating it if i can.

I'm not following any diet, I was just going to eat what I want when I want, but just not eat stuff for the sake of it, just eat when I am hungry and see how I get on.

ETA on day one, I also had another pepper with more humous, a small green and blacks ginger chocolate bar (the really tiny one), a bite of my house mates peanut butter on toast and two low fat hot chocolates. I have update with my start weight at the top and will weigh myself next Tuesday.

DAY 2


I was hungry this morning so I had some cucumber and humous, also a few spoons of sweetcorn (it was open in my fridge), I was running late for work so needed to eat something quick.

I have pepper, cucumber and humous for lunch

and will have pasta salad for tea

ETA, I had 3 hot chocolates and 4 chochy biccies, oops
