Hi,
Well as the title says,,,,I'm not getting on too well with refeed. I'm sugar and animal fat intolerant at the best of times but I seem to be after getting alergic to food. Last thursday night I had chicken and potatoes and woke up at 5am with the most severe abdominal pain I've ever experienced, I seriously thought my stomach was going to explode.
I'm over the anxiety of eating and felt better once I realised from this site and from the chemist that it's a very comman thing.
I'm sick anytime I eat, meat, potatoes, or anything too heavy. I guess this is a good thing, would it be the case that perhaps I'm eating too much in one go, despite weighing/measuring food. Seriously tho, I'm not eating much, my husband even thinks so.
I'm fine if I stick to salad and fish, there are days when I still do two shakes as I couldn't be bothered with being sick at work.
Has this happened to anyone else, I also dropped 4 lbs this week, which is great, but I know I'm not eating enough or making the transition as I should.
Any ideas...sorry for drifting there, I hope I make sense.
