i need help, i ate too much in nandos on saturday went over my point and need to get it down before my weigh in on thursday :wave_cry:

lots of exercise might help :)

if not just accept you might have a gain, at least you'll know why and it will be expected..... we all have to live real lives and we will all eat out (and on occasion's eat too much) this is only 1 week on your WW journey. you have many more to loose weight in :)

... and i bet you really enjoyed the nando's ;) hehe
