Hi all.. lost 3 lbs this week.. bit disappointed but the chemist did warn me last week it would be low as last week was my TOTM and i had a good loss then of 6 lbs. She said this morning, we never get away with it .. if it isnt the week leading up to TOTM or the week of, it'll be the week after. Very dissheartening when your expecting a big one... but hey.. 23 lbs in 4 weeks is great so i'am looking at the bigger picture x
