Hi all, I'm completely new to this but not new to slimming world. I first did it at Uni and lost about 1.5 stone and felt great. Then moving back home it's slowly crept back on. Did try to start again at the start of this year but was such a yo yo with loosing and putting on weight. I it soo hard to stick to ad would fall of the wagon very easily, doesnt help that I work 13 hour days as a nurse including nigts, hav irregular break times due to busyness of ward and get soo over hungry I eat what's quick and convenient. Soo after lots of up and downs with my weight I'm currently very heavy and getting very fed up and body conscious so hav decided to get my ass into gear and loose my excess baggage. Does anybody have any tips on staying on the wagon? Eapcially with my hectic shifts, anybody else work shifts? X

Welcome Woody;)

Not a shift worker but you will soon discover quick and convenient can also be tasty and healthy! First thing that went with me was all snacks, crisps, biccies, etc. and replaced with fruit & veg - that simple switch lost me my first two stone plus!

Fruit and veg sticks are now commonplace with me.

I'm sure there'll be better and more tasty suggestions to follow

Steve
