Haven't posted in quite a while but I have spent all day fighting with myself to stick with this diet so I thought I would reach our for advice.
So I'm on week 3 and although I had a good loss on week 1, I have had ridiculously low losses the last two weeks!!
I'm sticking to the diet and am in ketosis (always check with ketostix). I still have 38 lbs to lose before I reach my first goal which will put my bmi at around 24. This target seems so far away at the best of times but today it seems hopeless - 4.5lbs in two weeks is a bit crap, especially at the start of a diet.
Has anyone on here had a similar experience then gone on to do well and even complete the diet? It would be such a boost to hear some inspirational stories.
