After a bit of a bad week last week, I didn't go to be weighed last night as didn't feel well, not been on it today, if I get back on it from tomorrow can I still lose on Thursday? Thanks in advance! x
 
Yes i feel you can get back on track as long as you know what you have eaten and where it went wrong and anyway a couple of brisk walks will help out as well
 
Even if you dont lose on thursday, its not the end of the world :) get back on it, enjoy it! and know that by a week thursday you will definately have lost!! :) xx

Got to agree with this. I have no objections to gaining as long as I know why!! Dont put too much pressure on yourself to lose.
