Just adapted a jamie oliver recipe
Extra Easy! Serves 4 0 syns
1 large onion
2 large carrots
3 celery stalks
500g EL beef mince
1 beef oxo cube (1 litre boiling water)
1tbls lea and perrins
2tsp english mustard
2tsp marmite
2 bay leaves
1tsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
Dry fry beef mince, add everything, mix it up, bring to the boil then simmer for 1 hour. Remove bay leaves and transfer to a deep oven proof dish. Top with your fave mash!
(I use swede, carrot, butternut squash and sweet potato) Then bake for about 45mins on a lowish heat (140-160)
The only syns are the mustard, 1 syn between 4, so negligable
