Annoyed & frustrated - advice please??

I've been doing this for 4 weeks now, I haven't had dramatic weight losses like some people, 3 lbs, 4lbs, 4lbs and then this morning 2 lbs! I'm really annoyed because it was our wedding anniversary on Monday night & hubby had booked into our gave Thai restaurant, soooo, I thought one small meal wouldn't hurt & I'd get back on track Tuesday, which I did. Since tuesday I've put 1 lb on a day! I'm angry with myself for thinking one meal wouldn't hurt, but I'm also wondering whether this Is going to get back on track again?? Sorry for the moan, but I could really do with some advice.
 
My advice is to accept it's done put it behind you and refocussed it's another day . Don't give yourself a hard time as won't change it I am sure you will soon loose the 1lb. Well done for getting back on it next day!
I too had a wobble for three days but got back on and quickly lost it again .
 
Any weight will drop off again!! It really will!!

Someone said to me once..... One meal didn't make you fat!!!

How true is that??? Its the constant bad decisions.... if you put weight on it could be anything TOTM/water/normal fluctuations.... don't worry too much!!! Just carry on hun!!!

How much water do you drink.... I had a great loss this week and all i did different was i had about 4 litres of water rather than 3!!!
 
Don't forget hun , the Thai meal will have knocked you temporarily out of ketosis so you need to get that back before you will start to lose the little that you gained,but it will come right just wait and see xx do you test your wee for ketosis? I do and it keeps me feeling on course, although it isn't essential just seeing the pink/purple strip helps me stay on track xx
 
We do still have to live (well in my eyes) i know some people are very strict about things but i say you still have to enjoy life. I have several things coming up in october, i will be trying to stick to 100% but i know that 2 of these evening i will be having a drink so im trying to minimise all harm by drinking lightly and only vodka. Just get straight back on it hun and it will come straight back off.

Make sure you get yourself OUT of ketosis before you have a drink chick!!!
 
thanks ladies, I knew I could rely on you all to put it into perspective for me :).

Ive got on the scales this morning and I'm another 2lbs down and now in the 12's!! So I've got a big smile on my face.

I do use the Ketostix and I'm a light pink, so on the way to getting back into Ketosis, hopefully.

Dee, I read your posts last night about the water, and I'm determined today to get up to that level - I think I've been doing between two and three, so I'll see if upping it to four makes a difference.

Its tough going.... i try and get 2 down me as soon as in the day.... then i can get most of my drinking (Weeing) done before i start work then just drink normally through the day!!!!
