calorie carb and fat bible

any idea where i can get one from been to a few w h smiths with no luck and cant order it from the internet as i would never get it as the post/delivery people cant seem to work out the security doors and if im out they leave the card outside by the door not my front door

W H Smith should be able to order one in for you if you ask in the book section. Or possibly you can order from their website to collect in-store.

I'm fairly sure you could order it on Amazon and have it sent to family/friend/work address instead of yours.

I've had books from Amazon delivered to friends as gifts, they absolutely will do that for you, you just need to add the other address in when you go to checkout.
