Hey so ive been back on exante three days now and decided to do another diary. im always on here reading and find them so inspirational that i thought i would give it a whirl.

i originally started exante back it feb and lost 2.5 stone by may then alot of messing around over summer and my holiday means i'm back now having gained 1.5 stone back.

all i have planned before xmas is a weekend away in November to Centre parks so plan on being ts all the way through.

i still have around five and a half stone to lose so i know ill being doing this way into the new year but my first major goal is to be in a size 16 for a new years eve party. were going to the same one as last year with the same people, felt horrible alnight as i was a size a size 20/22 surrounded by friends that are no bigger than a 12

Im currently on nights shifts at the moment which is good as i find it easier to get through the first few days on nights
 
just on my way to work so hungary i cant face a night shift with only two shakes left so ive had a few slices of ham, hope this does not affect me to much
 
did just have a day four peak on the scales i told myself i wouldnt, lost two pounds was hoping for more but at least its in the right direction
 
Kudos to you on your goal setting and your initial weight loss! 2lbs may not seem much but like you say it's a step in the right direction! I'm looking forward to feeling that bit slimmer at Christmas and New Year's. I get to go home and show off what I've achieved so far!

Keep chipping away lady! :)
 
2lbs is great! Make sure your keeping up your water intake as will help you shrink! more your drink, more you shrink!
 
thanks guys im going to try keep off the scales till ive done a week. my water consumption so far has been good, i average about 4l a day x
 
well ive weighed myself a day early today as im having a crap time and thought it might cheer me up. lost a total of 13lbs in my first week after an initial slow start. I'm well chuffed with this as i only normally lose around 9 on my first week on tfr.

occasionally i suffer with insomnia and over the last few days its hit me pretty bad although ive stuck to the diet my water intake is slipping. i find im absolutely exhausted but cant get a wink of sleep. it does just make me want to have something to eat. food and sleep are my two great loves in this world and im not getting either.
 
also thinking my loss of only 2lbs two days ago cant have been right as i cant have lost 11lb in two days. jumped on and off the scales today about 10 times and got a consistant reading.
