Hi all,
I've been following the slimming world plan on n off for 12 long years. When I first joined I was 16, my mum was really unhappy with me but was soon pleased to see I was eating loads and losing weight too so it wasn't too restrictive. Now, like everyone, I've had ups n downs and even though initially I kept the weight off for 5 years, I've since put it on, lost it, put it on, lost it etc etc etc think altogether I musteve lost 100 stone ha. I've seen a few changes to the diet over the years, the main change being the introduction of extra easy. When I first tried it I didn't believe it could work n refused. Then when I did for the first time, I lost weight which I was suprised about. But for some reason, since I've been doing extra easy, I find i lose weight slower and also, I find I can't stick to it for long and after a week or two I'm shovling anything into my mouth. I'm not sure if it's because it lives up to the name of being the 'easy way' and is not restrictive enough or not, it could even be a simple case of myself getting greedier ha. But I can't help but think I'm not the only one who is in the same boat. I'm not sure whether to return back to good old red and green. The weight used to drop off me doing that! The only problem is, because I've done extra easy for so long, I can't remember what to have for red n green days!!! What to do, what to do!
