Hi everyone. Can anybody help me with the propoints value for something please?
Oriental Express Chinese Chicken
It's in like a frozen bag, and I think I just worked it out to be 20 points!
I only joined yesterday and started today I'm struggling to work things out. On the packet it only says per 100g.
I'm allowed 36 points a day, and all I've eaten is some low fat supernoodles, which my friend worked out to be 8 points, and now this chicken and rice thing. I can't believe I might have had 28 points and I'm starving! Any help much appreciated!
