Just had innocent veg pot for lunch thinking that must be super good , eaten it and now seen the syn values, why so high it is only blummin veg boo cry x

Don't know which one you had but looking at their website they have oil and cornflour in them, and some have things like wine, sugar, cheese, tomato puree and more oil - all of which needs synned. You really need to start looking at the ingredient list before buying something you don't know the syns for.
 
To be honest i dont normally eat pre packed stuff if i can help it ,I do have a quick look and it looked like it was all veg and no chemicals or artificial colourings preserves etc which I also high on my list of priorities I am allergic to aspartame so is quite difficult as is used in so much diet stuff! Thanks for advice though it did have flour and cheese in it ,which explains the syns
