Alfiemama's new food diary EE

Eek, I am totally new to Slimming world, so thought it would be best to keep a diary to make sure I am keeping to this diet.

I am trying to stick to EE, I have also made a pact with myself to stay away from the scales for as long as I can manage (it seems to make me obsessed and if it doesnt go down, I give up).

So here goes.

Yesterday.

Breakfast
2 slices brown warburtons 400g toast (HEB)
Laughing cow light (HEA)

Peach, plum and banana (1/3 superfree)

Lunch
Ainsly Harriot cous cous, Roasted Veg (2 syns)
King prawns (free)
salad (free) 1/3 super free

muiller light yoghurt (free)

Dinner

Sw quiched (nom nom) made with 6 eggs (this was for 2 people) and 300g low fat cottage cheese, red onion and ham. (free, I think)
salad (free and 1/3 super free) with balsamic vinegar.

supper
cherry chocolate options (2 syns)
quark (free)
2 x Alpen light bars (melted on) (6 syns)

hot chocolate options (2 sysns)

total syns for day = 12 syns.

Overall first full day on EE was good, I am a bit worried though, I am eating too much, having been used to ww, it just seems a lot to eat to lose weight.
