SF Juice

I am with you, I can't drink plain water, so I mix a cup of vanilla tea or peach tea in my water bottle and drink it all day, I really like it! Vanilla also takes away my sugar craving.. I tried all kind of tea (ginger, lemon, green tea.. you name it) but these 2 are my favorite..
I wouldn't use the juice..

You'll need to type up the nutritional info cos the link has expired.

"Juice" doesn't sound Dukan friendly

I'm the same, so buy the volvic or pefectly clear flavoured water. It's 1 cal per 100ml, 3 cal per 250ml.

Does it say 4cal per 250ml? If you're using less than the recommended serving to make it around 1-2cal per 250ml, surely this is ok? Re-reading the book Dr Dukan says '1 cal per glass', though I'm not sure what he classes a glass? I've been drinking flavoured water as it's 1cal per 100ml, but am now wondering if this is even ok...

Cheryl, yes it does say 4cal per 250ml
and I dont use what the reccommended serving is, just enough to taste which is about 10ml of juice less than what is stated as a serving.

Surely the juice is the same as drinking the volvic water or crystal clear juices?!?!?

I generally only have it late afternoon early evening as by this point ive drank a couple of litres of plain water and just had enough, so i like to flavour it.

Mouse, I am aware the book says no fruit or fruit juice, but it does give guidelines on drinks, I just thought that I am using less than what is a reccommended dose and it comes under what the book reccommends for drinks

Fruit is kind of banned with this diet ;)
