Baked beans on red days

Hi can anyone help me. I know that baked beans can be part of ur HEXB's on red days but can anyone tell me how many syns is in a Heinz 'snap pot' on red day plan.? It's the reduced sugar and salt variety 200g pot.
Help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance xx

I am pretty sure they are synned 1 syn for every 20 calories when using a non red day food item on a red day, the same as a food without any free food allowance.
