Whats the recipe/meal that is the biggest plateful, guaranteed to fill you up to the top (to avoid evening snacks)
for the least pro points?

The kinda meal you have when ur low on points?
Mine is mushroom stroganoff!

Lots of mushrooms & onions cooked with spraylight. Add a little water or stock, lots of paprika & pepper & then right at the end a tiny amount of low fat cream/creme frais (or yoghurt if PP are very low - but make sure its cooled alittle first or the yoghurt will curdle)

I make a huge pot of Chinese style soup. Using 2 oxo cubes, babycorn, mangetout n onions plus a splash of soy sauce!! Love it!! :)

Oh also ratatouille with mashed carrot n turnip, completely free n oh so delicious!! X

veg soup all made wit free veg. if its just m and i need something quick. a ww meal like ocean pie with a boat load of salad is enough to fill me up x

the mushroom stroganoff sounds lovely - can you use WW cream at the end?

im going to make the mushroom stroganoff for lunch,,never had it before but sounds yum:)
I have a stir fry about 4 times a week:D
chicken or beef 4/5pp
100g noodles 2pp
2 tablespoons chilli sauce 2pp
mushrooms/courgettes/peppers 0pp
and if im really hungry i add a wrap 5pp

Defnitely stir fry. Its quick, simple and low pp. Chop up whatever veg you fancy into nice strips and fry off in a pan with frylight. Add in some cooked noodles at the end for 6pp and a tbsp of soya sauce for a nice flavour. BIG bowl of it and hardly any pp. :D xx
(Add half a chicken breast for 2pp and its even better)

Yip I agree with Sarah, stir fries are the best. My favourite is prawn stir fry with rice noodles 8pp. Yummy

Also pasta sauce with paprika and 100g corn pasta all for 9pp.

A big veggie omlette with 3 full eggs and 1 extra egg white is 5pp. Filling and yummy.

And if low on pp loads stir fried veg with a tuna steak is only 3pp. Or even a couple of bowls of chunky veg soup is free xx

Oh yes stir frys :) I have the Pork and cashew one... it was in a 'your week' book and it's lovely! We added a jar of the WW Sweet & Sour sauce the other day and it really was lovely! x

100g for 9pp! I need to find me some of that corn pasta! :)

Mmm I love omelettes too, forgot about that one :)
Never had a tuna steak... Must give it a go!

I made my fave tonight for less than 6pp.

Half butternut squash, seeds removed, partially hollowed out with removed sections chopped.
Diced onion, in a few sprays of olive oil fry light, in pan; add garlic, then 100grams quorn mince. Brown, then add the chopped squash. Cook a bit, add 1/3 jar of WW roasted garlic pasta sauce, any other spices you like.

Put hollowed squash in microwave for abour 4 mins. Take out, fill up with mince mixture, mound it up. Put in oven, about 30 mins, around 180. If it starts gettin too browned, just put a bit of foil over.

When done, take out, and enjoy! You can eat the skin as well. I have it with a small salad. You can use all sorts of squash, even pumpkin. (i'm American, grew up eating all kinds of squash)

I have toad in the hole giant Yorkshire 4pp 2 Morrions Eat Smart Sausages 1pp each loads of onion fried in a little fry light and some gravy big portion of veg yum yum xx
