Cheese slices

There are lots of different cheese slices you can have:

3 x 20g Kraft Singles cheese slices light
3 x 20g Sainsbury's cheese singles reduced fat
3 x 20g Aldi cowbelle light cheese singles
2 x 20 standard cheese singles.
There may be others too but I think these are the main ones.
These are the processed cheese slices, there is also a long list of "real" cheese slices that you can have. Have you got a slimming world log in? You can find them all under the healthy extra section in the food diary section on there.

I'm not an online member anymore, i couldnt remember which of the real cheese slices where okay, like Cathedral light or weight watchers. x

I think you can have:
1 off slice from 6 pack of Sainsbury's mellow Lancashire, or Double Gloustershire, or Red Leicester
1 x 28.5g Leerdammer Chs slice
1 x 30g Marks and Spencers Cheese Slice Mature or Mild
1 x 30g Tesco Mature Chedder

There's a whole range of full fat cheeses that you can have 28g of and 42g of reduced fat. Also triangles (although I hate those!!) and soft cheese. Maybe worth joining on line again for a while as there have been quite a few additions recently.

Good luck x
