Well I have been on the new WW plan for for a week and today is my first weigh in later Im keen to know how much I've lost I have been so good this week apart from the 2 and half bottles of red I glugged but allowed for.
I have lost 1 st 4 lbs already following the old plan but was off it for a month before joining last week but lucky for me I didnt put any weight on just stayed the same.
I've had a couple of things to aim for my partners 40th in just over 2 weeks and I would like to lose half a stone for that and and I would love to lose 2 stones by christmas. I have a good 4 stones plus to lose and have lost the weight in the past by diet and exercise I cant believe I have piled it all back on I was looking after my dad who has dementia working long hours a range of shifts and baisically not looking after myself and piling what ever food in.
This time it's for all the right reasons and Im feeling really positive about it. I know I have done it before there's no silly excuses I alone am responsible for what I put in my mouth... so heres to it being healthy stuff that will help me become the person I know I can be.
