My husband has done the most awful thing and got me one of those big pistachio macaroons from PAUL cafe!! Any ideas how many syns are in them? Been checking online and can't seem to find any info on calorie content... I'm thinking maybe 12 or 13?? I think I can get away with it if I have a super speedy lunch and dinner. Sigh! Awful awful man is my husband!!
